The summer school holidays are going to be a splash with the return of Frankston’s own Splash Town to Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre.
Back by popular demand, the lovingly-named aquatic inflatable course was a hit with kids across the Peninsula last holidays and will once again provide tonnes of aquatic fun. Measuring 19m x 19m, it is the first of its kind for aquatic centres across Victoria and continues to give children an exclusive water sport experience like never before.
Splash Town is available for children aged six and up and bookings are essential. There are 10 available timeslots a day at 10.30am, 11am, 11.30am, noon, 12.30pm, 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm and 3pm. Parents can head online to book a spot at parcfrankston.com.au/splashtown
The January school holiday program will run from 10.30am-3.30pm daily from January 3-29 and features something for everyone, including kids’ club activities for the little ones from 1-3pm weekdays. Activities include arts and crafts, sandcastle making and board games.
Families can also enjoy a range of entertainment at PARC, including the award-winning AquaPlay Playground, featuring exciting multi-level landings, toddler pool, and slides, and the 114m Constrictor raft water slide.
