With qualifications in both building - B.Build at RMIT - and law - LL.B (Hons) at the University of London - Kelvin Oldridge’s advice is benefited by his building experience and, in turn, understanding the needs of clients from within the building and construction industry.

Kelvin is a key player in Melbourne’s projects and dispute resolution fraternity both as a member of the Building Dispute Practitioners Society for more than six years, including editing its newsletter, and as a regular judge for the Master Builders’ annual Excellence in Construction Awards.

Kelvin regularly provides a legal and advisory service to construction and project management businesses, property developers, contractors and insurance companies, including drafting and amending contracts standard forms of construction and development contracts in Australia, including the Australia standards suite of contracts. He also provides commercial advice and litigation support to clients in arbitration, litigation and the defence of insurance claims. 

As a Frankston resident, Kelvin has situated his practice midway between city and home to provide accessability for clients from Bayside to the Peninsula.
